Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Because of the ongoing pandemic, there may be potential delays in processing your order. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Currently, we do not ship internationally. Please write to us at support@mandalaorganics.in for shipping options outside India. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@mandalaorganics.in with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

Please note we do not accept order cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfilment centres.
